Silver Support
This is a paid support option and is always included when you buy a product from Pheox.
It contains the following properties:
- All issues (questions, error reports etc) are sent to Pheox Support as e-mail or submitted at the Pheox Support page. Please note that you must include your support agreement code.
- Pheox will, during office hours, attend your issue immediately as it arrives.
- This support agreement is limited in time. It is usually valid for one year, but can be extended if necessary.
Pheox office hours are between 09.00 and 17.00 (UTC+1), Monday to Friday.
Basic Support
This is the free support option for Pheox products. It is always available for everybody at no cost.
It contains the following properties:
- All issues (questions, error reports etc) are submitted at Pheox forums.
- Pheox will, during office hours, attend your issue as soon as possible since issues reported through paid support will be prioritised.
- This support option is not limited in time.
Pheox office hours are between 09.00 and 17.00 (UTC+1), Monday to Friday.
